The goal of the task 'Look Back and Improve' is to assess (1) the process followed in the Sprint and to see if anything can be improved for the next Sprint, and (2) if the Sprint goals were reached and, if relevant, the milestone was reached.

• Organize a Team retrospective, in which the Team learns how to improve:
  • Evaluate the process used
  • Identify good practices and those which can be improved
  • Distill actionable improvement measures which will be implemented next Sprint
