The goal of the task 'Communicate agreement on a work product' is to (formally) acknowledge a work product, thereby creating a solid basis for subsquent tasks. A work product which is agreed upon is only changed using an agreed upon change procedure.

- Check whether the involved Subject Matter Experts and other Stakeholders find the work product satisfactory
- Apply some mechanism to communicate agreement (for exampe, put a signature on the work product or send an e-mail)
- See to it that this approval is made public
