An Acceptance Finding reports an observed difference between expectation and fact. Commonly, the following items are reported: Identification Short description Detailed description, which contains The location in the application where the bug was found A reproduction scenario Version of application and database Priority Status Name of the reporter Name of the assignee Roles involved: Acceptance Tester Product Owner, Subject Matter Expert, System Administrator, Analyst, Developer, Software Architect Output of tasks: Run Acceptance Tests Execute User Acceptance Tests On the basis of Work Products: Product Acceptance Plan, Use Case Specification, (Test Case in the demand organization) Input for tasks: Design the Solution Workflows: Acceptance Workflow, Development Workflow
